Family Picture Day

I may have mentioned it before, but Charlie entered a raffle a while back for a free photo session, and he won. We wanted mountainy pictures, but the lady was in Billings, and the raffle specifically stated no farther than Powell. Charlie talked to her, and she suggested Red Lodge, which seemed good enough to us. We don't have the pictures back yet, but hopefully soon. After pictures, we drove around looking for a park. Charlie and gone to one with Sam while they were on a field trip, and he was looking for that specific one because he said it was awesome. And it was pretty awesome. It's one of those old wooden playgrounds, but it has tons of stuff to climb on and run around. Sam wanted me to chase him around, so I did the best I could on a playground built for young children. Charlie stayed with Brett. It was a pretty fun day.

Brett enjoyed the swings.

 Sam ran around like crazy.

This made me laugh. I think it was originally built to hold a garbage can, but no longer has one. It's the perfect size for children, but it also has a place to put a padlock. I could see that being troublesome.

Brett would laugh like crazy while Sam pushed him on the swings. It made Sam really giggly too.

How fun is this? I decided I want to build an awesome playhouse in my backyard and use this place as a reference.

I think this was Sam's favorite place to sit. It was shaded from the sun, and just fun to sit in. Bret would crawl in and out while we sat.

The whole way from the Belfry turnoff to Red Lodge, there were tons of signs for "World-Famous Banana Cream Pie!" We ignored it on the way up, but on the way back, there were just as many sign. It finally got to Charlie, and he started craving Banana Cream Pie. We stopped so he could grab a slice. This was the sign they had in front.

Strange. It made me think of my little brother for some reason...
