Charlie's dad wanted to take Sam to the fair while we were in town (If I remember correctly, Cindy couldn't come with us because she was still recovering from her injury). I think he really enjoyed it. They had free kid area that Sam seemed to like. He especially liked the bean bag toss. He even got them in the holes a couple times.
Another thing they had was the dog show, which Sam really enjoyed. He loves watching dogs, and these ones were doing cool tricks, so he had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot that day, so we went into some of the buildings to escape the heat.
I think Sam's favorite ride was the Ferris wheel (too bad for me). He liked looking down at everything and finding Grandpa down on the ground.
There were a few other rides there for him. This one was one of them. It would spin in circles, which Sam loved. Another ride that we though he would like was a bunch of cars going round in circles. But every time we would try to put him on it, he would freak out, so we don't have any pictures of that. He loved standing next to the ride and watching other kids having fun though.
They had the dog show again later that night, so we tried it again. It was much better without the heat bearing down on us.
It was a really fun night, and Sam had a lot of fun running around and seeing all the new things and eating all the different food. Thanks again Gil for taking us!
