Home Again, Home Again...

Well, we were able to go home for Thanksgiving, but the time just seemed to fly by. We had a lot of fun, except for the traveling. And the part where I found out that Ethan (Karen's boy) likes to play something I call The Screaming Game. I think it's pretty self explanitory, but if it's not, here's how it goes. If Ethan hears anyone make a noise, he screams. If someone screams back, he screams again. It's actually kind of cute, if you're not holding him in your arms when he starts to play. We went to Walmart on Friday and got lucky enough to get a laptop for Charlie. The bad part was that the entire experience knocked around Sam's internal clock so now he thinks it's normal to get up at 3:30 every morning. I'll break him of that, hopefully.

It was nice to have so many people to keep Sam occupied. He still got kind of cranky if he didn't see me every once in a while.

It was fun while it lasted. Luckily, Christmas is just around the corner and we'll be back home in no time.

After a hearty Thanksgiving dinner. He did enjoy his mashed potatoes and roll, plus he had some bananas and milk. No wonder he's beat.

Sounds like a great trip! Glad you got the laptop. Ava looks so big next to Sam! Hard to believe he's the older one. We miss you all!
