Rodney Atkins

Back in April, we went to the Rodney Atkins concert here. Charlie got to the ticket office when tickets were supposed to go on sale, but he had to wait in line for a couple hours since the line was already so long. We got some friends to watch Sam for us so we wouldn't have to put up with him.

The opening band was pretty good. I think they were called the Younger Brothers Band. Most of the members are from Wyoming.

I couldn't believe how loud it was. My ears were ringing for hours afterward. It was really fun though, and Charlie had fun singing along :)

It seemed like the crowd favorites seemed to be anything that mentioned alcohol, getting drunk, or anything related to Wyoming. I guess such is the life in Laramie :)
