Update

Not a lot has happened lately, but it happened really fast. Last Saturday (Oct 18), there was a clothing exchange at the chuch, and I got a lot of stuff. On about Wednesday, we found out we were going to have to make a special trip to the Lovell area. I needed to get all the laundry done before we could leave so I could pack our clothes. My dryer has always been a bit slow, but it was really taking forever to dry anything. Later that night, I figured out the dryer had completely quit working (it took about 5 hours to dry one load of jeans). I still needed the laundry done, so I had to improvise.
Here's my hallway.

Needless to say, it is very difficult to get around the apartment. To make matters worse, the way the clothesline is rigged up, you can't get into the bathroom without the bedroom door being shut, and if you happened to be in the bedroom when the bathroom door gets shut, you're pretty much stuck. I'm not sure when I'll be able to fix the dryer/buy a new one. It's going to be a long couple of weeks.

The trip to Lovell was very short, but fun. It was much needed. I've never been away from my parents that long (which is kind of sad because it's only been about 2 months or so). I forgot to get pictures. Oops.

You know, when Aaron and I lived in the barracks, we would hang our clothes on a makeshift line in the living room...Those were the days. :) There's a fairly nice laundry mat downtown if I remember right. 5th street? The same street as the post office.
