What's Happening

Not a lot has really been going on here. Sam is really crawling now. I'll be sitting down doing something with him at my feet, then I'll look up and he'll be completely out of sight. I can usually tell where is is judging by what kind of noises I hear. If I hear a spring, I know he's in his room playing with the spring on his crib. If I hear slapping, he's probably sitting by the bathroom smacking the floor. The funny thing is that he won't go in the bathroom, just right up to the door. His latest favorite toy is a package of Pop Tarts. I have a bunch of snacks sitting on a shelf close to the floor. Well, he got a hold of it one day, and I figured it's in a package so he can't do much damage. Then yesterday, I noticed a bunch of crumbs on the floor. Needless to say, he now knows how to open a package of Pop Tarts, and he'll have to find another new toy.

Charlie is staying really busy with work, school, and his calling as 1st counselor in the Young Men's Presidency. We had the teachers over on Tuesday for a pizza and game night. It went pretty well, but considering that there are only 2 or 3 teachers, there weren't many people. Next time, I think we are going to have them invite some of their friends so they'll be more people.

Just waking up from his nap.

How do you like them apples?

One of the only times Sam is chilling by himself. I might add that he started screaming right after I took the picture because I didn't pick him up.

Sue, he's so cute. I hope that I get to come down with you to see Davy. I will call you or e-mail or something to figure it all out.
Love you!
