January So Far

I feel like we've been so busy through January, but when I look at my pictures, it seems very little has actually happened. Maybe I was just to busy to document anything?

Amelia rolled over (tummy to back) for the first time early in the month. She did it when no one was looking. We tried for a long time to get her to roll over again, but we couldn't do it. Later that night, she rolled the other way (back to tummy) for the first time! I think Charlie may have seen her do it that time. We tried again to get her to roll over, but still couldn't get her to. She's rolled over a few more times since then, but not much. Finally, a few days ago, I was able to get her to roll over while we were looking.

We gave her rice cereal for the first time. She had a really hard time keeping it in her mouth, and she was so excited that she would spit it out when she finally did get it in her mouth. She was a big fan.

I spent a lot of the month getting ready for New Beginnings. We had a lot of girls coming in this year, so there was a lot of work to do. I'm betting that's where most of my month went :)
